Positive: It’s the hospitality of each and every staff from security to managers It’s worth mentioning Luxumi (Acca her) who got all our bags and brought it to the room .Every day she greeted with big smile and asked where we had breakfast. Another mention is Bhavani when checked in walked with us to make sure everything needed are in the room and we are satisfied. Again on the 2nd day also she came to check all good. Restaurant food is also very good

Negative: The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 for cleaning is that one of the had towels wasn’t replaced
