Positive: Best room I have stayed in a B&B or an Inn. Very large room and large bed. Really really comfortable. Maggie is unbelievably friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is superb, we had the full English and the Smoked Haddock, both excellent. Their grounds and the wild flower garden is one of a kind. This gem is a little outside town but unbelievably worth it.

Negative: Nothing at all, had a great stay, would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Positive: Beautiful rooms in idyllic setting. Great attention to detail and wonderful breakfasts. Maggie is extremely warm and welcoming and a great source of advice on the local area. Highly recommend.

Positive: a peaceful haven just outside Ripon, Our room was in a converted 18th century smithy, beautiful shower room, extra large comfortable bed, windows look out onto open countryside, breakfast was served across the courtyard in the main farmhouse, good selection on the menu, full Yorkshire was exceptional, beautifully cooked and very pleasant lady serving and looking after you.

Positive: Delicious Breakfast - soft cotton bedding, superking bed and comfy mattress, spacious bedroom with armchairs and all ac cessories for our comfort. Bathroom well equipped and walk in shower perfect - obliging friendly hosts and staff.

Negative: Nothing at all. It was perfect - better quality than many hotels where we have stayed.
