Positive: Found this location on short notice and did not get my hopes too high. But when we arrived we were both shocked at how clean the entire house was. Our room smelled and looked extremely clean, the tv and wifi worked. The bathroom was just as clean as the room and the outside of the house. The property manager was easy to contact and friendly. I would definitely recommend and stay here again if I needed to.

Positive: Shared kitchens and bathrooms were in great condition and were always available. Property has been newly-updated. Beds were incredibly comfortable (very pleasantly surprised!) and parking was immediately adjacent to the house. Exterior lighting came on whenever I arrived after dark. System for self-check-in worked flawlessly. Cost was very reasonable for what was provided!
Negative: Upgrades seemed incomplete. This didn't impact my stay, but it was clear that either work stopped when 95% complete, or still needed to be finished. Rooms were on the second floor, and there were stairs, but no elevator. Could have been a challenge for some guests.
Summary: I'd gladly stay again, if I was in the area!
