This 4BR/3BA gem offers free parking (two-car tandem driveway), a whirlpool tub in the master suite, large dining table perfect for family and friends, and high-efficiency HVAC system. Enjoy keyless entry, a fully-equipped kitchen with a Keurig, and complimentary in-unit free laundry. Experience comfort and convenience in this perfect home away from home.
The Space:
First Floor | Your Family Gathering:
Step into Rose Cottage and you will find the living/entertainment area, kitchen, dining area, full bathroom (with walk-in rainfall shower), and free washer and dryer. Relax on two cozy couches while enjoying TV, which has the Roku guest mode enabled. Gather for delightful meals in our dining area, seating eight comfortably. Additional seating stools and one high chair are available. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances, contactless faucet, natural granite countertop and cherry cabinets. Our coffee and tea station features a French Press and AeroPress, teas, and sugars in the drawers. You can find an assortment of creamers in the refrigerator. The full bathroom features a rejuvenating walk-in rainfall shower with various settings and hair dryer. For your convenience, enjoy complimentary use of our washer and dryer.
Please note that we do not provide toaster due to city license requirements (common fire hazard) and no longer provide Keurig coffee machine.

Summary: One of the best rental experiences I've had! We absolutely will stay here again. The Rose Cottage has everything you might need for a relaxing, comfortable visit to Boston. The house is large but well laid out, the furniture and beds are very comfortable, and everything was easy to find (thanks to abundant use of a label maker). We didn't cook much, but the kitchen had everything we needed including lots of dishware, storage containers, plenty of cutting boards and SHARP high-quality knives (a rarity!). The neighborhood was quiet, and the location is very convenient to downtown Boston and the airport. Linda was a fantastic host -- friendly and quick to answer all our questions. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Summary: We were in Everett for our daughter's wedding nearby. This is a beautiful spacious home with everything we needed and more. Plenty of towels, a stocked coffee and tea area, ample kitchen supplies for cooking, a washer & dryer, large refrigerator, plenty of living space, very comfortable beds and 3!! bathrooms. So organized with everything labeled. Check-in was a breeze and check-out was minimal and easy. Highly recommend. 10 stars.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Rose Cottage! There was more than enough room for the 4 of us, and would be great for a family. The amenities were amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked...everything we needed for cooking, a Keurig including k-cups, sugars, creamer (I've never had this included before). A nice little basket of treats awaited us when we arrived. The home is beautifully furnished and decorated. Linda & Glendon were responsive hosts...always getting back to me promptly. A short 15-20 minute drive will get you most places in Boston. I highly recommend this property if you want a nice place to stay in Boston!

Summary: Excellent location, great safe and quiet neighborhood, lots of local flare, READ THE instructions BINDER when you arrive for GREAT TIPS, outstanding hosts, house is comfortable and well appointed, park your car and take the train to the city. I rented a car because I wanted to visit the coastal cities, Cape Code, Provincetown etc., otherwise no car is needed. Great band for the buck!

Summary: Excellent house for someone needing to house 7-10. Immaculate, organized throughout, and excellent response from owner to questions. Each bedroom has its own mini-split AC for temperature control, and you won’t run out of towels. Highly recommended.
