Positive: It was a wonderful vacation. We were with two children, 6 and 11. We stayed in cottage no. 3. The house is located quite high, so you'll need a car for easy access. The roads are very winding after you leave the highway. The keys were in the locker. Large parking near the house. Water, wine, and fruit were waiting for us. In the morning, Nikos brought us homemade moussaka. It was the best moussaka I've ever eaten!!! Very well organized place with barbecue. The house is placed in an olive field, surrounded by nature and silence. Sometimes goats would come over the fence, which was a real treat for the children. The house was very clean and well-maintained, as was the pool. It was deep enough, about 1.8 meters, and the water was very clean. The house was equipped with everything you needed, including a large fridge. For shopping, I recommend Lidl, located about 40 minutes from the house, it's very well-stocked. The area is full of fantastic tavernas, and the nearest one is about a 15-minute driving. Dora, Nikos, and Manuel are amazing hosts. Whenever we needed help, they were always helpful and open. They helped us organize a honey jar. I've never experienced such hospitality. If you want a quiet, peaceful vacation where you can watch the stars at night and enjoy the scenery, you won't find anything better. This isn't just a vacation; it's balm for your soul. We are delighted and plannig to be back with friends. THANK YOU

Negative: Its a bit of a drive to the beachs and supermarkets . You need to be prepared for driving about 20mins to nearest amenities

Positive: Pool was excellent, views stunning. Beds comfy. Private and quiet. Emmanuel was very friendly and helpful. We were given homemade moussaka which was a lovely touch and delicious.

Negative: We did have to ask for a few things like pool towels and wine glasses but Emmanuel was quick to provide these when asked. The kitchen was a bit dated.

Positive: Beautiful location right in nature, you get to see the real Cretan countryside from here. The Villa is beautiful and private, perfect for couples and the views of the mountains, countryside and sea spectacular. We particularly loved having a drink by our private pool at sunset. It is such a romantic quiet setting. The owner lives nearby and could not have been more friendly and helpful. There are restaurants within a short drive which have fabulous food. We will be returning.

Negative: Nothing, it was wonderful.

Positive: Spacious and loved the peace of the villa, lovely pool area.

Negative: Just a few things, when we arrived in the middle of the night it would have been nice to have a welcome pack of milk, tea, coffee, bakery bits, water. The beds were uncomfortable, struggled with sleeping. It would have been nice to have a mid week clean of the villa as we were there two weeks.

Summary: The owners were very nice and the villa is lovely overall. Thank you for the mousakka.
