Positive: The gardens are exceptional. The accommodation is comfortable and clean. The staff are absolutely lovely. However, my room's bathroom facilities abutted the neighbours and the walls are thin. The complimentary breakfast could have done with a form of protein on the menu eg eggs and yogurt perhaps. A pity the restaurant wasn't open for dinner. Very happy to have stayed at Malanda Lodge, overall great value for money.
Negative: Noises from people in next door room using the bathroom facilities.

Negative: Dining room was not open as there was no Chef. Breakfast was not available until 8.30 which was much too late

Positive: Located in Atherton Tablelands, ideal for a short stop, very clean, quiet, pleasant. We didn’t use any amenities like breakfast or swimming pool so not able to opine on these, but the room itself was great. We even got a bottle of wine as a honeymoon gift which was a nice gesture :)
Negative: Breakfast could be served starting a bit earlier (currently it’s 8.30-9.30)
