Positive: Amazing service and a comfortable place. Providing a shuttle bus to Disneyland and airport. Preparing takeaway breakfast for us when we need to leave early to the airport. Positive: I liked this hotel. It has a nice shuttle service to and from the airport. The staff was very nice and helpful. Nice room, nice shower.

Negative: The staff was nice, but a lot didn’t speak english. I had two seperate bookings. I liked the room but the second room was next to the elevator and therefore it was a little noisy. Only Chinese breakfast

Positive: We really enjoyed the breakfast which offered a good variety of foods. The waiting staff was wonderful especially given a language barrier. The front desk was very helpful, even assisting us in arranging the forwarding of our baggage. Special thanks to Yuan Yuan, Xiao Mei and Xiao Liu who were always ready to assist us, even using translating apps as necessary.
