Positive: The host was lovely, she showed us everything, was very enthusiastic and friendly, and the house had all the facilities we could need. Everything was beautifully decorated, clean and pleasant. The living areas and beds were comfortable and the host even left us a beer, a nice bottle of red wine, some cola, water and crisps/snacks on arrival and coffee, tea and other condiments and items were available if you were self catering. All in all this was a wonderful stay, in a wonderful house, in a beautiful area, and we all enjoyed ourselves so much.

Negative: There was nothing to moan about, everything was as good as you could want and more I would say.

Summary: Super, Smashing, Great. Just Excellent.

Positive: The house is really nice and comfortable. Everything you'd need in the kitchen and bathrooms. All very clean and very well decorated. A great back garden to sit out on those warmer days. We were met at the property by Marie-rose. She showed us where to park and gave us a tour of the property. Marie-rose was a great host and really so helpful. You can't park directly outside, but there was plenty of space very close by. Ieper is a great base for the battlefields and the town is easy to get around and so beautiful!

Negative: Nothing really - we had such a great time here and really did not want to leave !

Summary: Very comfortable house. Great location and town.

Positive: Perfect easy location to find, park and visit Ypres. Marie Rose was such a welcoming friendly host that we immediately felt relaxed and welcome. The house was so comfortable and well appointed. It had everything we needed.

Positive: What an amazing place … spotless, beautifully appointed, excellent kitchen equipment and amount of cutlery etc. small details such as wine / soft drink in fridge. Probably the best apartment we’ve stayed in overall. Location short walk to Ypres centre and Menin Gate. Lovely walks around town walls and easy free parking a few minutes walk away. Fast charger in the car park as well which was perfect for us . So much to see and do … fully recommend. Many thanks to the owner for her thought/ communication and attention to detail. Would definitely return if in Ypres again.

Positive: Great location and House. Garden super with Swifts overhead and a Blackbird nest. If like us you enjoy birdwatching the Verdonken Weide nature park 5 minutes walk away is great.

Negative: Everything in the house good. We just weren't expecting the Ypres car rally this weekend!

Positive: The property was self catering so no meals were provided but the kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The location was excellent, in a quiet area, although the street was quite busy with traffic it was not heard inside the property. The house was beautifully furnished and the linen and towels were good quality. It also had a lovely little courtyard garden. We loved everything about the house and it felt like home away from home. We would definitely stay there again.
