Positive: The property looks like the picture. Staff was friendly and kind enough to offer an early check-in if room is available early. The property location is in walking street, so sometimes it’ll be a bit inconvenient that the street got blocked and you have to walk in (only few mins not far)

Negative: I had a scary experience when the cleaning maid tried to enter my room for cleaning. 1st attempt failed because I locked another layer inside so even with card, can’t open. But she came back with another key, tried and was able to get my door opened, which made me think another lock layer doesn’t make it safer, and wonder why she insisted going in like that. I don’t feel comfortable staying. I let the other staff know, she apologized and would feedback so similar things (I hope) won’t happen again.

Positive: The hotel is located in a peaceful area, yet still very convenient to reach local shops and restaurant. The room was clean, cozy. I enjoyed meal, and the breakfast buffet was good.
