Positive: Room exactly as pictured - beautiful, comfortable, clean, and with everything we needed including kitchen facilities, hairdryer, beach towels - plus the little thoughtful touches of hospitality like the complimentary chocolates and waters! Sant'Agnello is ~2km from Sorrento centre, and we liked this since it felt more peaceful and authentic, while still convenient for the train. We didn't mind the 25 min walk (or just 1 train stop). Alessia is a lovely host and gave us recommendations for local places to eat! The beautiful courtyard garden (+ occasional cat!) was a joy to come back to each day.

Negative: It's not that easy on public transport to get to Sant'Agnello if you're landing in Naples very late in the evening. Would recommend booking a private transfer if after 8pm - we were glad that we did. Also not many grocery stores are open late in Sant'Agnello - make sure you buy what you need during the day in Sorrento!

Positive: Beautifully kept, clean and spacious property which is well equipped with everything you might need for cooking etc and although we were a couple staying there, there would also be plenty of room for up to 5 people without feeling cramped. Although it is in a quieter residential area, it’s a great location near to a few amenities such as a supermarket and coffee shop and is also less than 5 mins walk to Sant’Agnello train station for ease of access to Sorrento (although also walkable) and Pompeii, Naples etc. Alessia is a lovely host and was extremely helpful during our stay, informing us of location restaurant recommendations and easy to get in touch with regarding any queries throughout our stay. We would love to stay again if we are welcome!

Positive: Absolutely amazing apartment I would recommend and stay in it again. The host was really communicative, responsive and so friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything you need in it, and loads of extra little touches that made the stay extra comfortable. All the cooking equipment you could ever need, plus a good array of extra condiments that saves you time and money buying. There are also beautiful style additions and gorgeous furnishings. Really well thought through. The beds were really comfortable. Living space was large, bright and airy. The area was so peaceful, no noise at night. We stayed in the garden apartment and the garden was beautiful. The aircon was fantastic. The hosts even left us a bottle of prosecco to welcome us. Location is fantastic super close to the metro- but far enough away not to hear it (2 minutes walk down a beautiful old side street). I've stayed in lots of private host apartments and this was the best by far.

Positive: Apartment and host were fabulous, we had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Alessia was super helpful and made us feel so welcome (as did her mum). The apartment was clean and in such a good location (super close to train station and short journey to sorrento) - for us it was ideal and we’d stay again.
