Positive: The location is just fantastic! A few minutes walk to the village square where there are couple of bars and a restaurant. Round the back is the Marina restaurant which was excellent. The house is rustic but very typical Provençal . It had everything in the kitchen including an air fryer. The TV was connected to the wifi so we could watch Netflix and internet channels. The highlight is the pool with views though.

Negative: The owners explained that the pool terrace is going to be renovated in May 2025. This will make the pool area even better. The summer kitchen area is a bit basic but good enough for us.

Positive: The view was magnificent. We really enjoyed the pool. There was enough parking space. Walking distance from the lovely center of the town with multiple bakeries to choose from. The kitchen was well equipped.

Negative: There was no informationbrochure with recent local contactnumbers, so it was difficult to reach someone if we needed help. With the help of the previous housekeepers we we're able to reach the poolguy, and he was very friendly and helpfull. The house is dated, and the electricity is definitely not up to standard. We had several outages of outlets and had to do our own research to find someone to help us. We didn't feel safe at that moment. With a little investment (electricity, airco, poolarea, outdoor kitchen) the house would be perfect! The floors were not connected, so if you wanted to go to the pool, you always had to leave the house. It was a good price, but now we understand why...

Summary: With a little work, it would be perfect.
