Positive: Breakfast wasn't included. The apartment was lovely and very clean with nice furniture The rooms were spacious and the bed wonderfully comfortable. There were cooking and tea and coffee making facilities.

Negative: I have mobility issues and I had been assured we would have the ground floor apartment. We were disappointed that we were given the upstairs apartment and had to haul luggage up two flights of stairs as there is no lift. The apartment is lovely but not for people with mobility issues.

Summary: I would have cancelled if I had known we were to be upstairs.

Positive: The location is great: one stop to Longchamp and 4 stops to Veux Port when you take the tram. Easy access to the house and room, very quiet and clean hotel. Fast WIFI is a bonus. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Negative: everything is perfect.
