Summary: L'Arsenal "The apartment is beautifully designed, its extremely spacious and has everything we needed. The host was very helpful, always responding quickly if we had any questions. They also let us check in a few hours early. The apartment is located very centrally, so its walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go in Marseille. As a group of 3 women we also felt very safe in the area. There is a big plaza below the apartment full of bars and restaurants."

Summary: L'Arsenal "Beautiful apartment, perfectly supplied. Bigger than it appears in the photos. Fun neighborhood with tons of great restaurants and bars, but with windows, heavy enough to block out all the noise at night. Really perfect, except: No WiFi. When we checked in, the very kind representatives said that it was being worked on. After a couple of days, we complained that it was still not working, and they emailed back a request for the MAC address of the box, along with instructions to cycle the power. Nothing worked, and there was no further response, despite repeated pleas for help. I need reliable internet to work, and it became a huge problem, with NO RESPONSE from the agency. I can deal with being told that they’re working on it. But complete unresponsiveness to multiple daily emails is not acceptable. I can’t imagine what would have happened had there been a serious safety issue. Beautiful space, but you’re on your own."

Summary: L'Arsenal It was a wonderful and spacious apartment. The only concern was with the loft sleeping area. The family upstairs is quite noisy around 8:30am in the morning. Hard to sleep through the noise of the footsteps and what sounded like kitchen table chairs being moved. Other than that, would love to stay there again.
