Positive: Location was excellent- very handy to transport links and also easy to walk into town. Property was very well equipped and store cupboard essentials were appreciated Staff were extremely helpful, flexible and responsive

Negative: Bathrooms were all big enough to have a WC and yet didn’t. Downstairs terrace needs some screening as it feels very public - adjoining neighbours are accessing their property past the seating area. It does feel a bit like sitting in the car park Photos on website don’t really give an accurate view of location. Also an internal plan would have been helpful to understand exactly where bathrooms are in relation to bedrooms

Positive: The property was ideal for our group of 10: five adults and five kids. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, we had ample space. The kitchen facilities were great, and we were able to cook comfortably for our large group after long days of skiing. The location was excellent. There’s an excellent L Épicerie near by with the best pastries, and great coffee at Le petit Social. Just a short bus ride and you’re in Chamonix village.

Positive: Excellent, spacious, modern house right in the middle of Les Praz, close enough to Chamonix centre to be convenient but far enough to dodge the crowds. Close to Le Petit Social for an afternoon tipple and the Les Praz epicerie which bakes what are arguably the world's best croissants.

Negative: I genuinely can't think of anything... oh, ok, lids for the saucepans were missing. Yep, that's how hard I had to think.
