Positive: The location is perfect, so close to the Gondola up the mountain, and easy to get a 15 min bus to Le Tour for a different ski area also. Very clean and luxury feeling room, great space.

Negative: There wasn’t ever anybody at reception which was the only downside, I wasn’t sure if the restaurant staff were also hotel staff or if they were separate so didn’t know who to ask about check in/check out or general information. Everyone I spoke to was really nice however, I just wished it was clear if someone was working on reception.

Summary: Incredible location, lovely staff, and very luxury feel to the room.

Positive: Great location, friendly staff and fun atmosphere! We will return, the aprés scene seemed like a great time as did dinner service. We didn't have enough time as we were overnighting for a ski race. Lovely hotel.

Negative: Extremely noisy (we had a room at the front facing the lift car park)

Negative: It was cold in the bathroom. There was no warm water a couple of times.
