From the courtyard you come into the living room and you can go directly out in your private garden from the kitchen. There is one bedroom with a double bed (160 cm * 200 cm) and one with two beds (90 cm * 200 cm). the 2 single beds can be combined to form a king size bed. The shower room and a separate toilet are between the two bedrooms.
