Positive: The people here are absolutely amazing. I did not expect the remoteness of this place. It is quite beautiful but very far off the road there are sand pits or in the road that if you are driving a rental car and not a 4x4 you will have trouble. They did have to help us twice to get our small Peugeot out of the sand. The rooms are beautiful very clean but I was expecting something with air conditioning so we left and went to a hotel nearby. So the only thing I would say to the people at this particular place is to fix the sand pits in the road and let people know that they're going to be driving quite a ways to get to you. But the kindness and helpfulness to get us to the place where I felt most comfortable oh my gosh out of this world. The concierge completely understood my needs and was very respectful of us and helping us find a place that I felt most comfortable so I would recommend this to anyone who would not mind being in the desert without any air conditioning and into it actually very beautiful remote place with very good people and unfortunately I didn't stay for the meals because I heard the restaurant is just excellent.

Negative: I just needed air conditioning that's all this is a perfect place for many people.
