Positive: Accessible from the place of our retreat venue. Front desk was able to resolve issues with our check in. We were upgraded to 2 queen beds.

Negative: Only thing was there's no available room on the first floor. No elevator, we have to take the stairs to the 2nd floor.

Summary: The room was clean as well as the bathroom. Simple yet comfortable to sleep on the bed.
