Summary: I have reached the age and physical condition where I now have issues with balance and such. The toilet was so low to the floor that it was difficult for me. Also, the tub bottom was slippery and grab bar at least on the back wall would have saved me a lot of stress especially getting out, the tub wall was high.

Summary: The person at the front desk was very patient and courteous. the lobby was clean smelled very fresh the room was clean and when I went down to ask for extra towels the new desk agent gave me more than I needed which was very surprising because some places are not so generous
