Positive: So convenient to the City Centre and Bute Park. Parking was free and the Host sorted our Parking Permit in advance of our arrival. We parked right outside the house. We found the location was quiet. It worked brilliantly for our visit and we could take our dog. The house was well stocked and we really appreciated how we were provided with plenty of towels, loo rolls, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll etc. plus a fully enclosed back yard for the dog. Host was super prompt and helpful.

Negative: There was only one shelf in the oven, so it made cooking a bit tricky. 2 shelves would have meant we could cook ourselves some pizza etc. We found the sofa very hard and so a more comfortable sofa would have made it more homely. (The armchairs were ok though).

Summary: Very happy with the house for a quiet area close to the University and Cardiff centre.

Positive: The house was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean and like new. The location was superb, only a 10 minute walk into the centre. Had a lovely garden too which our little doggy loved. Plenty of parking outside. Would definitely recommend, thank you.

Positive: We came to Cardiff for the university open day and the location was perfect. Nice quiet road but everything within walking distance. The house was lovely. Very clean and comfortable. We booked the night before our stay and a parking permit was arranged for us straight away.

Positive: The location is very close to city centre. The hose is big enough for 4 people and the beds are very comfortable. Also we liked the fact that we had TV in each bedroom. There is a washing machine and a fridge freezer which is useful. Also we had a big garden. Bath tub is very spacious and water in the shower had pressure and we had no problems with the hot water. Parking is easy and we could park in front of the house. Kitchen is well equipped.

Negative: The property can be more clean in my opinion. Also the conservatory can be more tidy and the garden as well, needs to be more taken care of. We had no bathroom essentials as shower gel or shampoo and I believe we could have a little bit of milk for coffee and tea for the morning. I think the leaving room can fit some carpets and curtains to look more welcoming and also the TV could have been placed where the sofa is so everyone can sit there and enjoy watching a movie.
