Positive: Clean and stayed pretty cool for not having AC. Furnishing were comfortable. Good Wi-Fi. Appliances worked. Plenty of room for us.

Negative: Not having AC was a bit rough at night. We slept with the windows open the vehicles passing by woke us up. We stayed in Aug.
