Summary: Staff was great, housekeeping/cleanliness was very good. The condition of the property could be better. The shower control in our room was broken and the shower flow restrictor cut the flow so much it was like trying to shower with the sprayer from a kitchen sink.

Summary: We visiting out daughter who goes to school at East Texas A&M. The location is great. Right across from the school and right next door to Walmart. Stayed at this location earlier this year and thought we would give them another try. Was not much better this trip. Room still smelled very musky. My son said his bed smelled like urine.

Summary: The hot tub did not get hot. And no housekeeping came. Other than that it was great. The pool is beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. The best hotel coffee I've ever had. The staff was absolutely wonderful.

Summary: The hotel location is perfect, next to Walmart, Whataburger and a restaurant. Nicely clean and the breakfast was good, same selections though but good. I loved that the room was nice and cold but the bed was uncomfortable and water from taking a shower was getting on the floor from the thin cloth shower curtain. The pool and hot tub are inside, hot tub wasn’t working but was told it’s getting fixed, the pool water is freezing cold but felt great since it was in the 100s outside during my stay. In all I would definitely stay at this hotel again due to location and how clean it is.
