Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, large swimming pool in the complex plus a games room that can be enjoyed only by guests and residents of the Breakwater apartments. Fabulous for an afternoon around the pool, then kick back in the games room complete with large flat screen TV, pool table & kitchen facilities. This apartment is within a security building and provides unlimited Wi-Fi.
This property comes complete with all beds made with linen, bath towels (and beach towels) and a fully equipped kitchen (with Nespresso Coffee Machine - BYO pods) and laundry. Simply arrive enjoy your holidays straight away.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at Sea Breeze 403. It is a beautiful, well appointed unit with excellent views of Port Stephens. The location is perfect - a short walk to the beach, eateries and shops. I would also like to mention the cleanliness of the property and the quality of the linens used. Can’t recommend this unit highly enough!

Coffee, teas and all kitchen cleaning products. Beautiful big shaded balcony with deck chair and table and chsirs. Magnificent view to water and a few minutes walk to beach. Only downside was the noise and music from the Ramada bar until late in the night. Otherwise perfect
