Positive: The place was very nice. Surrounding was very peaceful and safe. Location was excellent, close to bus, metro The host, Mr Tibi was very helpful and friendly. Excellent.

Negative: The weather was a bit to hot, but the airco in de appartement worked perfectly.

Positive: Host was super awesome, even though we were late , very late , she was patient with our arrival, came over to hand the keys . Nicely kept apartment, safe and she even kept some snacks and drinks for us. Gave a tour of the apartment and always had a smile. responsive to our queries and it was super eazy to check out.

Negative: a bit away fro the center of Madrid, using public transport may be an issue. We just took the taxi which was less than 12 euros , no no big deal if you are with a family it turns out cheaper.

Summary: safe, comfortable and great host.

Positive: I loved the fact that this is a modern, nicely-furnished property with all the necessary amenities to make your stay both comfortable and enjoyable. Everything is up-to-date, from a modern main bathroom with walk-in shower to a fully-equipped kitchen and a gigantic tv in the living room. Maintenance and cleanliness are absolutely top-notch, like in a 5-star hotel. Bed linens and towels are also of the highest quality.

Negative: You literally cannot fault the apartment, it has everything you could possibly need and more. I would have liked to have been closer to downtown but with just a 10-minute walk to the metro and a direct line to Gran Via station I found getting around surprisingly easy.
