Summary: This is definitely an airport or hotel in a not very nice area, and you can't walk to anything. Everything is more money. For example, there's a luggage scale in the lobby, but that cost 1 euro. Early check-in, more money. Vending machine soda, about 5 euro. Yes, the hotel shuttle was included, but you get to pay for many other things. It was a spacious room, had a fridge, and robes and slippers, so that part was good. Our early morning shuttle was overbooked, and it got a little crazy trying to figure out which bus to take to get us to the right terminal.

Summary: The hotel was nice and we found our room to be well worth the price. It was very comfortable. We ate in the hotel restaurant, which was a fairly pricey buffet. There was a decent selection but the food was cold. We did, however, come toward the end of the meal time. There were vending machines with sandwiches and other items in the lobby, though. Our major issue was that there were no shops or restaurants nearby. To get to anything would be a bit of a walk and we weren't comfortable walking in the area.

Summary: I sent four separate message to this hotel trying to find out how to get the shuttle to pick me up. I only booked this place because of the shuttle. My plane landed very late and I didn’t want to take a taxi. They never answered me. It cost me $40 to get to the hotel. While there, I stood in a line of about 12 people waiting to check in at 1:30 am. There were two young men doing a great job of helping everyone. There was an additional computer station that was not being used but the manager seemed to be happy to walk around with his hands in his pockets instead of opening this station for “priority customers” and help move things along . A bus drove up and let about 50 more people off whose plane had been delayed and still the two young men got no help getting everyone checked in. The room was very bare bones but comfortable and I was able to get the shuttle in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel or return to stay again.

Summary: The area the hotel is in is not the best. The pool was closed and it was not even advised that the pool was not open. We booked this because of the pool. The beds were very hard and the food for lunch was macaroni and fries. Not the best quality.

Summary: Everything was excellent, except for the fridge that was not working properly, the cold temperature was barely reached. Maybe they’re too old. Staff was helpful and courteous, the shuttle to the airport was on time and the driver very nice and courteos too.
