Positive: The manager Noe is a gem of a person, great positive energy, he is now our friend. The hotel is kept well, nice pool, location a short walk to the city center, kitchen for use, and hot water showers! (A rarity in Nicaragua)

Negative: Zero complaints. Just a note, wasn’t a problem for us as we arrived at a normal hour, but if you’re getting here very early or late, just let them know ahead of time so you can schedule a time to be let in. Front gate is locked and not always somebody there. But good communication through WhatsApp.

Summary: A perfect stay, everything you need. Noe is da man!

Positive: Noeh, the responsable of Casa madre is very nice and helpful. We felt very good in this accomocation. The room was big an clean. The Swimmingpool was as well big and clean.

Positive: The manager (and not the owner) was really friendly, helped us to find some information and was a great Cook.

Negative: When we arrived in front of the hotel, it was closed and there was no one to receive us. The responsibility was shared, as we arrived a little early and the check-in time had not yet begun. However, we had received a message from Booking, which turned out to be misleading, as it stated that the staff could welcome us at any time of the day, but this was an automatic message. As a result, we found ourselves standing in front of the gate with all our belongings, and although we were able to communicate with the team and the manager by message and phone, they were unable to offer a solution to our problem. We were unable to leave our luggage and therefore had to walk around carrying our heavy suitcases.

Positive: Super nice home stay in Masaya. The rooms are very comfortable - good size, comfortable beds and aircon for hot days. It is easy to walk into town from this location where there are lots of good restaurants. The owner helped us understand what a good amount is to pay for taxis and also helped us when we forgot our watch! The breakfast and coffee each morning was a great bonus as well

Negative: When I arrived at the address, owner didn't answer the frontdoor, didn't answer my phone calls or my text. It was night time and I was uncomfortable. Luckily a neighbor saw and stayed with me. After taking me to the room, he asked what time I was leaving and I said 8am. At 730am I went looking for him to get breakfast. Couldn't find him even though I called out. At 815am I sent a text and then he appeared. He should have been ready for me since I said I was leaving at 8am. Bad customer service.
