Positive: the atmosphere is like home. very quiet area. very clean place, the rooms are new, the window view is great. the hosts Vahe and Meri are nice people and the dinner arranged was hearty. the shops are nearby, the famous gastro yard is 10 min walk too. bus station is ~10 min walk. yandex taxi is orderable from here to yerevan and amberd / kari lake. we enjoyed the stay

Positive: Everything was excellent, from the bedroom views to the plate of fresh fruit from the orchard and the big breakfast. The owner kindly minded my backpack while I went for a hike up on the hills after I checked out. Look forward to going back, highly recommend too anyone staying in the area.
