Positive: Everything was great, except two things

Negative: Opening the main door was one of the most stressful things I ever had to go through, which says a lot, because that's just...a door. It just didn't make sense. + don't know what happened, but the water was cold, even after the owner came and turned the boiler on/or something like that, it was hot/warm for about 2 minutes in the shower, and then that was it.

Positive: Security was good, location good, spacious apartment, comfortable bed, good air conditioning.

Negative: Small lift, no good for wheelchair, facilities stated raised toilet and emergency cord in bathroom, there was none, no electric kettle, no table on balcony for eating alfresco.

Positive: I liked the apartment a lot and great community. There’s a bus No 98 to the city center directly. The hostess is very kind, nice and helpful

Positive: Excellent location with secure parking, responsive and helpful landlord, bus stop across the street (the 98 bus takes you into the heart of rome)…. Super modern and clean…heated and air conditioned…

Negative: All was perfect. Recent storms took out the WIFI router…

Summary: Highly recommend, great neighborhood and 2minute walk to supermarket.
