Negative: Expensive restaurant for - breakfast etc Service a little under expected for a 5 star. Lack of knowledge of hotel at check in and efficiency in some areas of service in restaurants. (Left a mirror stick to neon mirror and apparently could not locate - quests disappointing when a 5 * hotel fail to follow-assist up guests when accidentally leave item s behind)
