Positive: The house was clean and tidy and well presented. We stayed during the winter, with heating in the main living area, bedrooms are seperate with additional heaters in each which is suffice. Plenty of bedding provided. The location is quite in residential area, close to shops and main CBD is only a 10min drive.

Negative: Only additions I'd make to the property, would be either tinting or blind on the front door and glass sliding door on the side door for extra privacy. And the addition of some extra towels, washing and drying them each day is an extra chore.

Positive: The house was wonderful, spacious for 6 people, and had everything we could need. It was very well stocked with everyday things in the kitchen, pantry, and laundry, which was a bonus. Beds and pillows were comfortable, and shower pressure was great, too. Location is fabulous, in a quiet neighbourhood but close to amenities. Hosts were very amicable and helpful. We couldn't fit our hire car in the garage (kia carnival), but the driveway was long enough for it, so that's fine. We would definitely stay again.

Negative: The towels could do with a good wash or replacing as they were smelly, as was the dishwasher. A suggestion to get full-length mirrors in the bedrooms behind the doors would make things even better. Maybe a second lounge in the living room, if you want to fully cater for 6 people.

Negative: Air con was very noisy and not very efficiant for size of room. Would've been nice to have bbq with better seating outside
