Positive: Parking is available,would have loved signposting to the hotel ,I went through the other route and it was pitch dark I loved the breakfast ,good value for money

Negative: There wasn’t any complementary water until I asked for it ,I would at least think this should be standard for most hotels The heating wasn’t efficient for the room I was in ,the shower was so hot and I couldn’t get it to be moderate heat ,again maybe I would have asked for help but it was a long day and I didn’t want to bother anyone

Positive: Location -easy access in and out of city. Quiet location . Lovely surroundings. Leisure facilities were good.

Negative: Annex is in need of refurbishment/upgrade. Carpets really worn . Room smelt musty. Wondered if that’s why window had been left open to deal with smell. Pool changing room could be doing with a wringer for wet clothes.

Negative: Thought with a deluxe room you would have get toiletries and maybe bottles of water. breakfast teabag.1 glass . With 2 people. Bed was very comfy. Needs something done with the decor in the rooms. Very plane and boring. Curtains ha ging off.
