Monthira's passion for coffee was infectious, and her wealth of knowledge on the subject was truly impressive. She not only shared with me the intricate process of coffee production. I had the opportunity to taste an array of different coffees, each one bursting with unique flavors and aromas. It was a sensory experience like no other, and I left with a newfound appreciation for the art of coffee making. In the evenings, we would gather around a crackling fire, where Monthira and her husband would whip up a delicious feast of eggs and marshmallows.
