Positive: Our host Maria was very kind and helpfull in many situations. There is everything you can expect from such appartment. Two ACs + ceiling fan did the job just fine during the warmest days of 2025. summer ! Plenty of private parking space so, you really do not think about that and, finding parking lot in Metamorfosi can be a very problematic during the season. We were exploring a lot of beaches in Sithonia so, this was just the right place for that (and for us). Less than 10min. to the nearest LIDL in Nikiti and gorgeus beaches nearbuy and a little further such are Kalyves, Tristinika, Fava, Lagomandra, Agios Ioannis, Karydi, etc.

Negative: Actually nothing. Everything was just right !

Positive: Good location, quiet area. The host is very friendly, helpful. She responds quickly and gave us some recommendations for restaurants and beaches in the area. The apartment is nice, comfortable. You have everything you need.Plenty of parking space around.

Positive: The apartment was nice, equipped with everything that you could possibly need. It has a nice big terrace and it was in general very clean. It had a dishwasher and a nice kitchen. It was spacious and comfortable. P.S. for the cat lovers - there was some cat food in the kitchen for the cat that lives around the house. Super cute :)

Negative: The room on the second floor had some damage to the wooden wall (with some small black pieces falling off, possibly small wood eating insects?). Also, you could hear the steps from this room very well in the room below it.
