Summary: The non-smoking room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, although the staff promptly provided an air purifier that helped reduce the issue. Cleanliness was lacking both in the room and bathroom. Also, despite being four guests, only two towels were provided daily, requiring constant requests for more. The staff was attentive, but the hotel needs significant improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and organization.
