Summary: Breakfast was varied and delicious. The cleanliness and design of the room was impressive. One major exception, though. There was no electrical outlet near the bed, only USB power. Like many older people, I have sleep apnea and require a CPAP at night. The well disguised single outlet was on the far side of the room hidden in a light pole. When I called to find out where it was, the front desk did not offer an extension cord so I had a very bad night’s sleep. Other than that, the stay was great.

Summary: Greeted on entry by a nice smell coming from the ground floor spa. Reception on top floor. Very good condition. Pristine bed room. Very spacious. Well laid out. Very comfortable bed. lots of towels. It would be perfect for a longer stay. Nice bar and restaurant but service was really slow and a couple of the staff quite abrupt. Breakfast was disappointing.

Summary: Claudia at the front desk made our stay outstanding. We were late for dinner and it was my wife’s birthday. Claudia went the extra mile to get her a small birthday dessert and a wonderful delicious meal. She was so kind a her service was outstanding! Breakfast was amazing! But Claudia shined. She was so kind and her spirit shined!

Summary: Nice rooms, but shower falls short compared to everything else (not complaining). Gym is small, so don’t expect much. Great food in the restaurant.

Summary: A short layover. The hotel itself was beautiful. Staff very pleasant and professional. Location not at all good. And no shittle between the hours of 10am to 5pm. 20euros for a 5min ride. Disappointing.
