Negative: Hi, here’s a clear and natural English version that sounds like proper hotel feedback: ⸻ One thing we really did not like about the hotel was the kids’ club / childcare area. It was not well organized or properly supervised. If the staff member was not overloaded, you could ask them to watch the children, but in practice, if you wanted to leave two children there and go to the sauna, this was not really possible. A small child could easily leave the area on their own, which made it feel unsafe. Additionally, when the kids’ club was busy, it did not seem realistic that one staff member could adequately supervise all children at the same time. We consider this a serious downside. This area clearly needs improvement, with better organization and ideally more staff assigned to the childcare section. Another major negative point is that there is no indoor connection between the main building and the soft play area. If you wanted to go swimming, especially in winter, you had to fully dress again — shoes, jacket, everything — just to get from one building to the other. This was very inconvenient, particularly when staying with children.
Summary: It was very good, we would come back, but as i have mentioned, childcare should be improved.

Positive: The family zone is amazing- nice swimming pools and complex playground. Also the room is very big and clean, the entire place looks very nice
Negative: The food, especially the dinner. Considering that it is a child friendly hotel I would have expected better quality food for the kids and not junk/fast food style which did not seem eatable at all. The sweets were very sweet-again-not suitable for kids especially very young ones. The additional problem is that not even the adult food is good or proper for kids so basically it is very hard to find something ok to eat for the children. Also, i had the feeling that certain dishes were not so fresh-looking at the appearance. Overall very disaapointed about the food and did not expect it considering it’s a Movenpick resort and a kids friendly one.

Positive: The playground was amazing! The pool was worm and clean and the slides were also clean and very safe for children. There was a party for children at night it was very nice, quiet and relaxing.
Negative: The food was ok minus . It was the same food every day. And also, you need to pay for coffee if you don’t drink milk. And it is not includ Lunch and you don’t have anything near .. so again you are paying the restaurant of the hotel . And the price is very expensive compared to city restaurants. So that was very disappointing. And if you want to have nice view to the lake and not the parking lot you need to insert 35 euro per night also very expensive.
Summary: Children fun hotel! And very expensive.

Positive: An excellent location for families with children. Very good food, very clean everywhere. The hotel's spa area is very nice. On the shore of Lake Balaton, the outdoor and indoor playgrounds are extraordinary!!! I recommend the location for a 10/10 vacation!!
Negative: Any extra consumption is very expensive!! The gym is very small and rudimentarily equipped!!
