Positive: Staff were lovely and the hotel was very quant feeling. Decorated beautifully with fresh breakfast each morning and 24/7 support which made us feel very as ease. Also a great location close to the Plaza Grande and San Francisco

Negative: There was no possibility of closing our window fully so a mosquito got in and attacked me like crazy one night. That is the only down fall

Positive: This place was a true surprise – absolutely outstanding! The building is beautiful inside, our room was huge, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of variety and great quality. What stood out the most was the staff – incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations.

Positive: The rooms are spacious and clean. The atrium is beautiful. The interior of the hotel is extremely quiet. The breakfast is complete and delicious. The staff is kind and helpful. The location is close to all the sites in the Centro Historico.

Negative: I stayed here twice for two days each, on the way to/from the Galapagos. The first stay, I was in a room with a very hard bed and a small bathroom, and it had a window to the landing, which made it feel insecure. The second time, I had one of the rooms facing the street, which was more noisy, but otherwise was better in every way - it was spacious with plenty of natural light, and the bed was comfortable. In both rooms, the electric light was weak.
