Positive: They have a very friendly and helpful staff, very tasty food and beautiful view. The rooms, especially the bathroom, are clean.

Negative: The rooms are not as good as the pictures show, but some are. The breakfast is not that rich.

Positive: I got upgraded to the suite, which was amazing, with a private sauna and amazing view to the river. Very nice hotel with jacuzzi and facilities like a resort. Games for the kids, located on a beautiful river where you can swim, kayak, or just sit watching it

Negative: Stuff were nice but so messy, no room was ready when I arrived at 9pm (but they upgraded me so no complains), The resort has so much potential to become much more popular, just lack of organizing. Like in the spa, I had to lift and operate everything myself, jacuzzi was covered and sauna was off. No towels in the rooms and nobody came to clean it for 4 nights.

Negative: There were some constant ventilation/dripping noise from the bathroom even tho we made sure all are switched off:(

Positive: The place has a lot of potential. Clean and well decorated building. Good spa facilities.

Negative: Unfortunately we were really surprised that some of the staff didn't speak even a word of any language other than Hungarian. We tried to contact the reception through the telephone to ask them if we could check up later than 8 o'clock. They hung up the phone two times without saying a word, which put us in a frustrating situation, unsure if we could check in on time or not. We found this quite unprofessional and highly suggest that the staff takes some basic language course, so this situation like ours do not happen again.
