Positive: I chose the property for it's location, being close to a motocross track. The property is good value for money and adequate. We staied there only 2 nights. The host did not speak English nor Romanian but not an issue as I was contacted by another person speaking Romanian and she gave me all the details. No probem at check in.

Negative: Poor TV channels grid. i believe the host should look, at least to get some basic cable package so you can watch a movie if desired. At the start we had some noisy nabors (group of workers) but we asked them politely to get the music volume down and so they did. As they realised they are not alone there anymore, the second night was absolutely perfect. No noise at all. I think the host should put in place some signs with rest timings (e.g. between 22:00 and 06:00)

Positive: easy and usefuk stay. just what you need for a short term stay. AC works great. they also gave towels which is was so nice!!

Negative: not the cleanest, not the most comfortable, a bit far from the city if u don t have a car.
