Positive: This hotel is really nice. Beautiful design and views and we had great times with the family. The food is exceptional where the main dining hall works to perfection - taste, diversity, high level of service - everything! I loved the kids activities and the overall layout with multiple pools and great beach access. Also there is a overall feeling of generosity with beverages being brought to the pools frequently and that goes a long way

Negative: This could be my top hotel in Crete if they improve their upkeep and cleanliness levels - I don’t think it is on par with the level of the hotel and it is starting to show in the rooms. Also - I know this will become an adult friendly hotel but still the construction is not safe enough - the pools are not protected in any way, the floor tiles all around the outdoor area are very slippery and I saw multiple kids and adults slip and fall, and there are many mini-steps which one can fall over Lastly, the SPA should make a jump to the next level- for an hotel at this level it is just amateur at the moment

Positive: The place is stunning and met all of our expectations. The hotel is very well maintained, and the service was kind, attentive, and immediate – the entire hotel staff was simply amazing. The food was mediocre in taste and we were disappointed that we couldn’t really enjoy it, although there was definitely a wide variety and abundance in the dining room.

Negative: ‏The only downside was an unpleasant encounter with a staff member at the mini market, who was very rude and impatient. Other than that, the overall experience was excellent.

Positive: I liked the property, very aesthetically pleasing and the room was decent size and good view. We loved the activities throughout the day and fitness club.

Negative: For the price, it wasn't worth it. Beds are uncomfortable, low quality food options and no food available after 10pm. Room service isn't an option. Can't book the Steak house more than once (even though we were willing to pay and stayed 10 days). Also, the soap dispenser was empty for many days, (even though housekeeping came into our room every day), when I called, they left the HUGE refill bottle was on my counter so that I could fill it myself.... It's VERY kid friendly which wasn't an issue for us but keep that in mind when booking.

Summary: Not 5 star resort, don't be fooled by the aesthetic!!

Positive: The property is absolutely stunning, well maintained and taken care of. The staff for the most part were friendly, informative, and helpful. The room was also impressive.

Negative: 1) I feel there are not enough sun chairs. We’re on holiday and it’s such a shame we have the need to get up before 7am to find a place to sun bathe by the pools. People claim spots and don’t use them for more than 5 hours!!!! 2) When on holiday I don’t want to constantly be asked if I’d like to join in the various activities of the resort. I understand the need to get people interested but if I’m lounging please don’t approach us. An information board at various locations would help with this. 3) Why is there a do not disturb option on our doors? It is an honest question because housekeeping came into our room EVERY SINGLE DAY, when the do not disturb button was on. 4) I also did not appreciate that when I asked for soap, because my dispenser was empty (even though housekeeping came into our room every day), that a half empty refill bottle was left on my counter so that I could fill it myself. 5) I also feel it’s quite a distance of anything of interest and the taxi ride cost €50 one way. 6) Not enough live entertainment for adults.

Summary: We had a lovely time and were impressed by the look but we would not stay again.
