Summary: This was a 5 star hotel 25 years ago, now max 3 stars. Overal a bit dirty, old material, just not what we expected. Also i asked a drink at 5h in the morning and this was not possible, so thats not the service you provide as a 5-star in Europe. They need do downgrade this hotel asap.

Summary: Rooms were clean. They accommodated my request to have my room and my friend’s room together. Staff was polite and kind. Over all hospital and 5star experience was with Madam Tonia, restaurant manager. Thanks for making my birthday memorable.

Summary: This is definitely not a 5 star hotel, after all stay of 1 week, a couple + 2 toddlers The good: food- the chef is working hard to keep the guests pleased, salt water pool, proximity to the beach The bad: the hotel is outdated. The rooms are very outdated and so is the maintenance- during shower the drain is overflowing and foul smell fills the bathroom(when I told it to the receptionist- the answer I got was that that’s the way the plumbing is and there is nothing to do about it), cleaning level is bad- I especially placed an empty cup under the table on day one and it was still there by the end of our stay, balcony had a wasp nest and nothing was done about it too. Absolutely no entertainment for kids, pictures of the hotel show a playground- IRL I would give them a tetanus shot after playing there- filthy and unmaintained. animation crew was non existent. Bottom line- Lower your expectations before going there, we definitely won’t be back.
