Positive: Lovely Cabin that is well equipped. The location is Beautiful with a nice walk along the canal into Bude. The Lakes on which it is sited is stunning constant action from birds! Ducks with ducklings! sizeable fish constantly rising to the surface. This place has a relaxing effect on you.

Negative: I liked everything about this place.

Positive: Really tranquil setting on the lake. Everything was new and clean there was also a barbecue. Half an hour walk along the canal to Bude. It was very private and would make for an exceptional holiday if the weather was good.

Positive: I needed a get a way from it all......with a friend ......it was so peaceful that I instantly felt the benefits. We had a very pleasurable experience with the wildlife that surrounds . If I could bottle this and live like this......I would live a very stress free life. The hosts have created a haven with no stress......given very detailed thoughts yet didn't get intrusive. One of my favourite places to stay and recoup.

Positive: Really lovely lodge. Perfectly clean, so peaceful and tranquil. Very comfy beds, everything you could need. Thanks so much! Would definitely recommend

Negative: The only thing is that I think the lighting on site/around the lake could be better at night. I saw there were a couple of floor lights but they weren’t strong. We had torches on our phone so we were okay but I think it can be quite dangerous walking in the dark as you can’t see where the lake is very well (particularly if in one of the further lodges. Maybe reception offer torches, I’m not sure. Overall though it was an excellent experience so would definitely come back, just worth mentioning.
