Positive: Caravan was clean and comfortable with everything we needed, full sized fridge and freezer,handy if staying for a while. Enclosed decking was great as we had 2 dogs with us. Park is lovely and peaceful and only 5 minutes to beach. A great base for exploring the beautiful area. Hope to return.

Negative: Not a huge deal but maybe a couple of oven trays.

Positive: 5-10 minute walk along riverbank to Ardentinny beach. Very clean throughout. Single bed comfy for child Cleaning products supplied which was appreciated.

Negative: Old fashioned decor. Uncomfortable double bed Uncomfortable sofa Shower pressure terrible. Some dirty crockery in cupboard. Main bedroom overhead lights didn't work Hole in bathroom door where handle looks to have been changed.

Positive: The place itself is ok. Beautiful scenery, quiet at night. The caravan would need some work to do on it, but it is enjoyable for a family stay. The staff on the site are very helpful. Whenever we had problems they always helped us to solve it.

Negative: The heating system would require some maintenance for sure. 1st night I had to keep waking up as the water pressure in the boiler was keep falling down and had to top it up like 5 times during the night to get the caravan warm enough. During the day they told us to leave the water tap goes into the boiler open, so the pressure won’t fell down. Which we did and the heating was ok, but by the morning the entrance area was wet. I would highly recommend to the owner to check these issues before they do any further bookings. As the boiler doesn’t work as it supposed to do! Also the radiators should have to get bleed to get the air off from the system.

Summary: It was ok, but I was keep worrying about the heating.

Positive: Reasonable price and good location. Easy access to the beach. Mountain view. The caretaker who gave the keys was nice and friendly. The caravan is clean and tidy.

Negative: Kitchen utensils are not so good but can be managed. There is no internet and no indoor phone signal. Due to a leak in the boiler, the pressure drops frequently and the valve must be opened and filled with water. A bit noisy during the day due to maintenance work nearby.

Summary: Barely worth the price you paid.
