Positive: It’s our 4th time here so I think that says it all. Beautiful cottage, excellent facilities, great location and extremely comfortable it’s such a pleasure to stay here. Short walk into Robin Hood Bay. Whitby 20 min drive away. It’s perfect!

Positive: Beautiful clean quirky cottage in a great area for exploring. Had a wonderful time away over Christmas. Really loved it

Negative: Paid in full via booking.com then got a message from Sykes cottages who are obviously sub letting saying we had to pay a further 60 odd pounds to reserve the property. Called them and the girl we spoke to didn't know what the extra cost was for just insisted it was paid by the end of that day to confirm booking. Which we did. Have been chasing customer services on booking. com over this for over 4 weeks . Still waiting to resolve
