Summary: New hotel with great facilities and excellent location next to a mall. Service is friendly and they gave us a lovely courtesy at check-in. Housekeeping could improve, as the room wasn’t cleaned after the third night and common areas need more attention. Overall very relaxed vibe—I’d happily stay again!

Summary: The hotel is in a great position only 5 or mins walk from the bus/ train station. The rooms are very modern and clean but only serviced on the 4th day. The bed is up against the window so if there is a couple one person needs to climb over the bed. My room was on the main road so a bit of traffic noise along with water noises from the floor above. Would stay again, very helpful staff.

Summary: Great stay at this new hotel. Excellent location by bus routes and the junction. Practically on top of the Westfield mall for shopping. Very clean room with cool automatic lighting options, microwave and fridge make it feel like a kitchenette in your little hallway between toilet / shower area and lovely bed. Great duvet. Highly recommend.
