Positive: The hotel is centrally located in downtown Tartu. It has an appealing overall design. We would prefer light colors in the room and a bathroom that is fully closed form the room. If one of us gets up before the other it is hard to get ready with the sink out in the room.
Negative: Room design , see previous question.

Positive: Everything was clean and tidy, and the room service was excellent. The hotel has a great central location, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The spa is also perfect for a quick moment of relaxation, whether enjoying the sauna or the massage pool. Overall, the location, service and staff made the stay worthwhile.
Negative: We had requested a room with one large bed, but instead received two beds pushed together with an additional mattress placed on top. The room also faced another building, so unfortunately there was no real view from the window.
Summary: Excellent staff, great location, delicious breakfast and a relaxing spa.
