This two-story home is located in the desirable Bermuda Riviera of Fort Lauderdale, where it sits right at the canal's edge. Heading to the beach for the morning? You're only a matter of blocks from the white sand shoreline.
There's so much that's special about this home, starting with the sheer size of its waterfront terrace. It's the perfect place to entertain loved ones, whether you're cooling off in the pool, soaking up the sunshine, or telling stories around the firepit as the sun goes down.
Step inside to find luxe elements of design at every turn, from the waterfall stone and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen to the chic wet bar with a beverage fridge, glassware, and leather stools. There's also ample seating - for meals around the dining room table and for movies in the plush living room afterwards.
All five bedrooms are paired with full bathrooms for your comfort and privacy. There are two bedroom suites on the ground floor, each with access to the patio. Summary: We found the property exactly like described and in a super location. Very close to needed services and several blocks to the beach. The back yard was as pictured.... very nice and the pool was a real hit. The kids fished in the back yard inter-coastal channel and caught many puffer fish. We would likely consider this property if vacationing in the Ft Lauderdale area again.

Summary: We wanted to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday in a warm place and she chose Fort Lauderdale. My brother-in-law found this house while searching for places to stay. It ended up being such a great location and property. It is right on the canal with wide open spaces and a wonderful backyard with pool and hot tub. It allowed all of us to be together laughing and talking. What a great experience! The outdoor kitchen made it so easy to prepare lunch for everyone. I would highly recommend this property within walking distance to stores, restaurants, and bars.

Summary: The house was even better than we expected. Plenty of room for 10 people to be comfortable and the pool/outdoor area was great for hanging out. Also, we found everything we needed to be in walking distance of the house which was great. Grocery store, CVS, restaurants, bars all within a 15min walk. We would definitely come back.
