This stunning, entertainer’s home has to be seen to be appreciated.
Set over two levels and north facing over the main Wallaroo Marina basin, the front of the home features floor to ceiling glass plus vaulted 7 metre ceilings.
Step inside the front door to the grand hallway, with stairs leading down to the impressive open plan living area which features kitchen with separate island bench, caeser stone bench tops, electric oven and cooktop, plus dining area with fold back cafe doors leading onto the fantastic deck, perfect for alfresco dining.
There are six bedrooms and five bathrooms in total, including a large master suite.
To take advantage of the fabulous water views, there is a vergola covered, ‘mod’ wood deck featuring built in BBQ/outdoor kitchen, perfect for summer entertaining!
Need to park your vessel? Located immediately in front of the home is a 9 metre concrete pontoon, providing excellent mooring facilities for your vessel.
There is no garage access or under cover parking. There is car parking available for 2 cars.

Summary: Modern, comfortable with gorgeous views and lots of space for the 12 of us to be together but also have quiet time. Easy walk to the Alehouse for dinner. The balcony was lovely AFTER we cleaned it, especially the loads of bird /duck poo on the chair cushions. Need a cover or at very least put the cushions away. Had a problem with the upstairs power which couldn’t be fully resolved but the agent and owner tried their best. Somewhat bemused by the list of rules and reminders on what we couldn’t do and had to do. A little confused whether our visit for my 60th came under the prohibited ‘party’ rule but thought not. Ages ranged from 60 to 78, but assume they have had trouble with guests before. Overall very lovely and we were luckily with the glorious weather. PS we all wondered how on earth they changed the downlight globes in the lounge/dining area! 😊

Summary: Stayed here with a couple of friends. Given the list of do's and don't we had expected better state of facilities. Dish washer didn't work. We contacted the number provided,no one took call or returned call. The vent in bedroom 3 is likely broken and kept blowing really cold air all night making the nights terrible. Got emailed the night before our stay that the ensuite shower was broken. There's a beautiful coffee machine but no coffee beans, no dishwasher tablets, vacuum cleaner was really poor quality and didn't suction,so had to dry mop the house to leave it tidy. There's instructions to leave the bin out at 7 am on day of check out,which for us was Sun. Had to keep walking to the bin and back while wrapping up to leave the house tidy for check out. There were no other bins on the curb, so clearly was unnecessary. It's a good and expensive property, to be asked to bring handwash liquid, toilet paper and then to have all these regulations (which we always follow out of respect for the owners) didn't really make us feel welcomed. Will not be staying again.

Summary: We arrived on Friday and fell in love with this beautiful home immediately. Wonderfully clean fresh and very comfortable. Plenty of room for our family to have a special holiday away together. North facing meant the balcony was a top place to spend the afternoons in the sun. The views are wonderful over the Marina and the kitchen is perfectly appointed with everything you could possibly need. Tucked away in a court with friendly neighbours there are plenty of safe places for the children to scoot and ride. We all look forward to coming back for another holiday in this impressive home. Cheers to the owners.
