Positive: The location and cleanliness was great. Having a washer and dryer helped as well with the accommodation of movie platforms and televisions was also a plus!

Negative: The beds were horrible. Extremely uncomfortable mattresses

Positive: The apartment is very well located and easy to access. Particularly good is the private parking

Negative: The kitchen was not very well equipped. Some extra could have been easily added (decaf coffee or some extra cookware and working knives)

Positive: Everything was perfect. Easy to get to, The owner was completely helpful. The house was perfectly clean and true to the description. We came and the air-conditioning was on. The owner left milk and condiments in the fridge. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and clean.

Negative: The outlet of the coffee machine did not work but we just moved it to another outlet.

Summary: What a great place for Niagara falls or Six Flags overnight.

Positive: The house was easy to find and was a close distance to many restaurants. Although we didn’t use the kitchen much, it was well outfitted and we enjoyed using the washing machine and dryer in the basement. The couch in the living room is very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing in the evening while watching tv. We also enjoyed having three full bedrooms and two toilets.

Negative: There was no light in the basement, and it wasn’t until the morning that I realized there are windows that let daylight in. The beds are fairly thin, and the stairs are tall, so if mobility is a concern, this may not be a good fit. The upstairs bathroom is quite small as well. The downstairs bathroom floor was quite dirty, but it may have just been missed since the rest of the property was nice and clean.

Summary: A well-situated house for a short stay near Niagara Fallls.

Positive: It was a great location and a cute house. It was great size for family or a group of friends. Easy to get to and very comfortable. It’s easy to get to Darien Lake from there. They even let us in earlier than they usually let people.
