Get ready to be greeted at the entrance by our splendid Design Swimming Pool heated from May to October, with a temperature of 27/28 degrees, by the 5-seater Jacuzzi (adjustable water temperature up to 38 degrees centigrade) with sofas and a huge garden surrounded by greenery, perfect for those who love outdoor sports even on holiday with their children.
Equipped with a huge terrace with two dining tables, outdoor sofas and deckchairs, ideal for relaxing in the evening with the sound of the sea waves and the sea breeze. You will also find a new barbecue at your disposal suitable for cooking meat and fish outdoors.
Large and bright living room, with Smart TV with Netflix, Disney + and Amazon Prime for an evening of fun.
Immediately after there is the kitchen with electric ovens and microwave, induction hob and coffee machine already provided. Equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and minibar. Private chef on request.
There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds (a French bed and a king size bed) with memory foam pillows, and 2 bedrooms with single beds, for a total of 9 beds. Summary: We loved our stay in this beautiful area with a comfy stylish house and amazing quiet large beach! Great family location. Food markets nearby and a few restaurants. The ocean is clear blue and refreshing to be in. Not far from Cagliari to make trips there if needed. We just relaxed and enjoyed our time together. Thanks Alessandro!

Summary: This is a beautiful house only 50 meters from a large sandy beach. The house has a large garden with a fence, which is good if you travel with small children. We were a group of ten (6 adults and 4 children) and a dog. The house has several very nice outside spaces with shade and enough space if you like to have dinner outside. We especially loved the barbecue. Alessandro is a great host who is always available if you need something. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would recommend everyone the experience.
